Ingredients:
- 1 cup farro, cooked
- 2 cups mixed greens such as spinach, kale, or arugula
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup pepitas pumpkin seeds, toasted
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
