Keto Paleo Banana Ice Cream



This Keto Paleo Banana Ice Cream offers a creamy and indulgent treat without the guilt. Avocado replaces traditional dairy for a rich texture, while bananas add natural sweetness. It's a perfect dessert for those following a low-carb or paleo lifestyle.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Peel and pit avocados, then place them in a blender

Add frozen bananas, coconut milk, erythritol, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender

Blend until smooth and creamy

Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions until thickened, about 20-25 minutes
