Ingredients:
- 2 steaks 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions:
For 5 minutes, heat your air fryer up to 400F 200C
Season the steaks with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried rosemary, and dried thyme
Then, rub olive oil on both sides of the steaks
Make sure the steaks don't touch each other when you put them in the air fryer basket
For 8 to 12 minutes at 400F 200C, flip the steaks over halfway through and cook until they're done the way you like them 8 minutes for rare, 10 minutes for medium-rare, and 12 minutes for medium
After taking the steaks out of the air fryer, let them rest for a few minutes
Then, cut them up and serve
