Strawberry White Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake Muffins



These muffins combine the sweet and tart flavors of strawberries with the richness of white chocolate chips, making them a perfect treat for breakfast or a snack with your favorite coffee or tea.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C

Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy

Mix the egg and vanilla extract into the butter mixture by beating it in well

Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing them in with the milk every so often

Don't mix any further than that

Add the white chocolate chips and diced strawberries to the batter slowly

Set up a muffin tin with paper liners

Pour about two thirds of the muffin batter into each cup

After the oven is hot, bake the muffins for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean

First, let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes

Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions:

Peel the bananas and cut them up

In a blender, mix all the ingredients together

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

Pour into glasses and serve right away

Hamburger Soup



Hamburger Soup is a hearty and comforting weeknight dinner that combines the flavors of a classic hamburger in a warm and satisfying soup form. It's loaded with ground beef, vegetables, and savory seasonings, making it a perfect meal for a chilly evening.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup frozen green beans
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions:

Set the ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat and break it up as it cooks

Cut up the onion and garlic and add them to the pot

Let the onion cook until it's soft and clear

Boil the potatoes, carrots, celery, dried oregano and basil, salt, and black pepper

Then add the beef broth and mix everything together

Once the soup starts to boil, lower the heat and let it cook slowly for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft

Put in the frozen green beans and corn, and let the soup cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until everything is hot

Add the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and mix them in

Test the seasoning and make any necessary changes

Just before you serve the soup, sprinkle it with chopped fresh parsley

If you want, you can add shredded cheddar cheese to the top of each serving
